We provide AI-powered attention and cognitive-response analysis for advertising creative uploaded to the platform, and may add new features, integrations, or surfaces over time.

These Terms apply to use of the self-serve MedullaAI platform only. Custom research studies, enterprise engagements, and any access to our technology outside the platform — including packaging, video, and shopper/real-world studies — are governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement with MedullaAI, not by these Terms.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering.
• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our APIs or interfaces.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and data on the platform are owned by MedullaAI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your own internal business purposes. Any other use requires our express written permission.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• Subscriptions: Monthly and annual plans as discussed before joining.
• Free Trial: Limited usage each month.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedullaAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
