1. Free Plan
The monthly Free Unlimited usage plan is entirely free of charge. No refunds apply, since no payment is collected during this period.
2. Subscriptions
- If you upgrade to a paid monthly plan and have not utilised any credits provided, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment.
- To request a refund, email support@medullabs.com (or your account manager) with your account details. Once approved, we'll process the refund within 7 business days.
3. Cancellation & Renewal
- To avoid automatic renewal, cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing date by contacting support@medullabs.com (or your account manager).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you'll retain full access until then.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@medullabs.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
- Include your account email, subscription plan, date of purchase, and reason for requesting a refund.
- Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
- Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers are non refundable.
- Refunds apply only to the subscription amount you paid MedullaAI.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance on our website and via email.
